A visionary filmmaker, writer, and producer, Daphne Cayo is dedicated to crafting powerful narratives that captivate, inspire, and celebrate culture. With a BFA in Film & Digital Production, she has built a diverse career spanning international film productions, television, and content creation. Her passion lies in bringing stories to life—blending faith, heritage, and cinematic artistry to create compelling films that leave a lasting impact.

Daphne has worked on international film projects across Kenya, Nigeria, Italy, and the United Kingdom, enriching her storytelling with global perspectives. Her contributions to film have earned two BEFFTA Awards (2013), two Indie Film Awards, four Nollywood & African Film Critics’ Awards (NAFCA), and an Honorary Award at Trindiefest, Colorado, USA.

From overseeing productions to writing heartfelt scripts, her work reflects a deep commitment to storytelling that bridges cultures and resonates with audiences worldwide.
